Spiritual Growth Markers

We work to help kids develop character traits that reflect a Christ-like attitude and behavior. At each age, key traits are identified and reinforced in lessons and teachings. We call these spiritual growths markers. To illustrate how it works, we use an analogy of interlocking gears.

Each gear represents a child, and shows the 6-8 traits appropriate to their age. As the child learns-or as the gear turns-it builds upon and affects the learning that takes place on the next gear. Because many critical areas are repetitive, kids are able to join the system at any age. The gears continue to work off each other as desired character traits are built into each child.

Children with Special Needs
